Returns

Non-Returnable Items: Sale items and customized products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo an inspection. Refunds will only be processed if the item meets the return criteria.
Refunds

Damaged or Defective Items

Immediate Action: Please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and its packaging.
Resolution Options: We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Courier Issues: If a replacement is also damaged, we will file a complaint with the courier. Any refunds approved by the courier company will be processed, deducting shipping fees.
